Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a full refund or exchange for products returned to us within 28 days of purchase. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.


- unopened, unused products

You can return unused items for a full refund up to 28 days after placing your order.

Products must be unopened and returned in a re-saleable condition. Please be sure to pack them safely.

A refund will be made to your original method of payment and confirmed to you by email.

Please note: we do not refund postage costs.


- opened, tested or partly used products

If after trying a product you decide it isn't suitable you can return it to us within 28 days of purchase for an exchange or credit note.

When returning the unwanted product please also let us know which product(s) you'd like to exchange for. If you don't specify an exchange, we will email you a credit note instead.

Address for product returns

We use Royal Mail for our return parcels.

Please contact us to let us know you want to return a product. We will email you a Pre-Paid Postage label which you can print at home.

How to return products

Please use your own padded envelope or small box, and apply the Pre-Paid Postage Label. You can either post the package in a Royal Mail post box or hand it in at your local Post Office.

Be sure to pack the parcel carefully and include a brief note explaining whether you want a refund or an exchange for other products. Please also include your telephone number in case we need to contact you.

Your return parcel must be sent back to us within 28 days of ordering. We do not refund postage or delivery costs.

How long does it take?

We aim to process refunds and exchanges on the same day we receive them.

Confirmation Email

Once processed, we'll send you an email confirming your refund or exchange. You'll also be able to view this online in the "My Orders" area of our website.

Products returned after 28 days

Unfortunately we can't refund products returned after 28 days. If you have a problem with a product after this time, please contact us for further advice.
