We accept orders by internet, telephone, fax or post.

How to pay
|
Payment for internet and telephone orders must be made by credit or debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta,
Maestro, Solo and American Express. We do not accept swipe only cards (including some Electron cards).
If you want to pay by cheque please make your cheque payable to Beauty Naturals and post your order to our
FREEPOST address.

Credit card security
|
Your order and credit card details are processed safely on a secure server (SSL). This means there is a private connection
between your computer and our website. Your card number is then automatically encrypted so that it can not be read by humans.
We only charge your card when your order is ready for dispatch. This is normally within one working day.
Your card number is permanently deleted from our system once it has been authorised by your bank. We do not store
the number on our computers.

Order confirmation
|
After you have submitted your order you will be given an on-screen confirmation receipt (including order
number) which you can print out for your records. You will also be sent a confirmation e-mail.

UK : Next Day - £3.50 guaranteed next working day
(UK mainland only, excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands)
UK : Priority - £1.50 1-2 working days
UK : Free 3-5 working days
Rep. of Ireland - £3.00 3-5 working days

Delivery to a different address
|
We are happy to send your parcel to a different delivery address such as your work or a neighbour. This is particularly useful if you
won't be available to receive it at home.

We regret that we do not dispatch orders to addresses outside the UK or Ireland.

Delivery

When will my order be dispatched ?
|
Our warehouse dispatches parcels Monday to Friday only. They are closed on weekends and public holidays.
Monday to Friday
- Priority 1st Class & Next Day orders received before 2pm are dispatched on the same day.
- Priority 1st Class & Next Day orders received after 2pm are dispatched on the next working day.
- Free 2nd Class & Irish orders are dispatched on the next working day.
Weekends & Public Holidays
- all orders received over the weekend or on public holidays are processed on the next working day (e.g. Monday).

Busy periods
|
Sometimes, after sending out our mail order catalogue, we experience a particularly busy period and our warehouse gets
behind on dispatching parcels. Our two busiest months of the year are March & November.
During a busy period 2nd Class & Irish orders may be delayed by an extra day.
1st Class & Next Day orders are not affected because we always give them priority.

What if I'm not in ?
|
Most of our parcels are delivered by the Royal Mail. This is usually with the morning post, but if your postman is on a walking
or cycling round and can't carry your parcel it will come later in the day by van.
If you are not at home they will leave a card and take the parcel back to your local Royal Mail delivery office. This should not
be too far from your home so you can collect in person or phone to arrange re-delivery.

What if I haven't received my order ?
|
If you haven't received your parcel on time please call or email customer service and we will immediately take action to resolve the problem.
Please be sure to check first that your parcel hasn't been left by the postman with a neighbour or in the porch, garage etc.
Also, you can check with your local Royal Mail delivery office to see if they are holding the parcel. It is possible that the postman
or delivery driver forgot to leave a card or the card may have been accidently discarded as junk mail.

Damaged parcels
|
Our warehouse dispatches hundreds of parcels each day and takes great care to ensure that orders are packed correctly.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or incorrectly packed please call or email customer service and we will
arrange for an immediate replacement to be sent.

Refunds & returns
|
We offer a full refund or exchange for products returned to us within 28 days of purchase. This guarantee is in addition to
your statutory rights as a consumer.
When returning products please use our FREEPOST address. Be sure to pack your
parcel carefully and include a brief note explaining whether you want a refund or an exchange.

Complaints procedure
|
In the event that you need to make a complaint, for whatever reason, we will immediately endeavour to resolve the problem
to your satisfaction. If your complaint can't be resolved straight away, it will be referred to the office manager who will aim to
resolve the issue within 48 hours. It is our policy to ensure you are happy with our service.
