Massaging the face is an easy and important part of a beauty regime to help keep wrinkles at bay. Besides softening the skin, massage stimulates blood circulation and removes dead skin cells. Regular massage is also known to firm the skin. Always cleanse thoroughly before facial massage. Never exert pressure on the face while massaging, just use a light touch with fingertips, working upwards and outwards towards the temple. Facial massage should not last beyond 20-25 minutes.
